My name is Philippe Notot — but you can call me Phil, like my colleagues and friends do.

I’ve been working in information technology (IT) for over twenty years, driven by a constant passion for efficiency and the evolution of modern work practices.

I’ve had the privilege of guiding many teams and organizations through their transformation, helping them adapt the way they collaborate, organize, and grow.

Today, I’m sharing adaptive practices for modern efficiency with you. From Quebec (Canada), I combine a pragmatic approach to productivity with the possibilities offered by new technologies — especially artificial intelligence — to make these tools accessible to everyone, both individually and collectively.
